Overall a good hotel, however the tap in our room was extremely stiff and kept getting stuck. Staff were also quite unhelpful but luckily we didn't have to deal with them much. Slightly noisy but no louder than any other holiday inn.

Fabulous service from Chris Fox on the front desk.
Our booking came up with an issue from booking.com and within a few minutes Chris sorted the issue and resolved very happy. Very friendly approach and easy handling.

Decent hotel. The little disadvantage is the constant cold unless you use the electric heater under the wooden desk (!!!). I did not feel comfortable to let it on during the night (but I was freezing in the morning. 3 days survived, no fire 🙂

The Manager and staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. Best services ever very polite staff and pet friendly . Would definitely recommend 👌 👍.

Just beware - cancelled reservation online a week or two before but was still charge a no-show fee, called the hotel immediately and was given a patronising talk about what a no show fee was, luckily i had screenshotted the cancellation number but still took over a week and numerous emails to refund.

Perfect if you are attending or visiting the East of England show ground. A lovely clean hotel with helpful staff.
Harvester a short walk away which was a bonus. Would definitely use this hotel again.

We spent 2 weeks with my fiance work related.

Good breakfast ( hash brown wore more "blond" but taste ok, a lot of variety of choices, fruits cereal
Great coffee machine
Staff helpful and friendly
My only complaint is that you can't get anything from the bar when we wanted.

Absolutely fantastic service, from the moment we arrived, for a family funeral,
The staff were lovely, the rooms very clean,
Receptionist was so helpful about taxi service.

Room was ok but a little grubby, could do with a refresh.
Breakfast was OK but no choice of eggs, only scrambled and being dairy and wheat intolerant I couldn't have them, after asking if they could do a fried or pouched egg was told they had no other option. Disappointed considering the price.

One of the nicest holiday inns I have ever been food was good and bit different from usual stuff and the staff was good and welcoming only down side was the site which was bit far from every where other wise really good we spend two days before going abroad and had a wonderful time

Rooms have no Aircon and no option for opening a window more than 2 inches so room was very very warm at night so had to sleep with the fan on all night. Cleaning staff also closed the window after cleaning and despite the good blackout curtains the room was still very very hot. Shower was also poor with inconsistent hit water.
Breakfast buffet was ok.
However I usually stay at the marriot across the road, so not much more per night you get a great breakfast, aircon rooms and a nice pool spa area to use. So a no brained for future stays.

We booked very last minute, although 11.30pm after our flight had been delayed and we were too tired to drive home. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, breakfast was great they even had gf options. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpfil

Arrived around 8pm to be met by a positive receptionist explained everything. The only down side is that I was located in room 134 which had the paper thin wall between the family room. To further pin point my room the best way would be to say under the rhino enclosure by the volume and ferocity of the overhead noise. Food Is top notch both for evening meal and breakfast
